Who We Are

Our organization exists to cultivate sacred spaces where the people of God can practice a posture of unity that glorifies the Father and makes room for transformation that sparks reconciliation movements. Through our signature event, the Unified Gathering, we bring together diverse communities to worship, learn, and engage in practices that embody five essential postures of unity: curiosity, solidarity, intentionality, fluidity, and humility.

These postures guide our teaching, training, and community engagement, equipping individuals and churches to move beyond division and live into the union of the gospel.

By curating these experiences, we foster deeper connection with God and one another, believing that unity across cultural, generational, and denominational lines serves as a powerful witness to the world and advances the mission of reconciliation in Christ.

OUR MISSION

We curate sacred spaces to practice a posture before the Father and making room for transformation.

VISION

We envision a people united across all distinctives and expressions, bound by the gospel and committed to practicing the postures of unity so the world may encounter Christ’s love and be transformed.

Meet our Founder

Rev. Sonji Y. Pass

Unified was birthed out of a deep burden for the Church and the world. Too often, I have watched God’s people divided by differences—whether culture, denomination, or personal preference—and I’ve seen how those divisions weaken our witness of Christ’s love. I also know, from experience, that when believers come together across those lines, something holy happens: healing begins, reconciliation takes root, and transformation is possible. Unified was born to create spaces where that kind of unity can be practiced, not as an abstract idea, but as a lived posture. By cultivating curiosity, solidarity, intentionality, fluidity, and humility, we are answering the gospel’s call to show the world a hope that is only found in Christ.

For me, this work is more than a vision—it’s a calling. My journey has been shaped by years of walking alongside churches, leaders, and communities who long for reconciliation but often don’t know how to step into it. Along the way, I’ve learned that unity is not something we stumble into; it’s something we covenant to practice daily, guided by the Spirit and anchored in the Word. I started Unified because I believe the Church can be a model of Christ-centered unity that heals division and sparks movements of reconciliation in the world. This is the work I’ve dedicated my life to—curating sacred spaces where people can encounter God together and leave as witnesses of His transforming love.
